My previous car died a few days ago, and upon a recommendation from my boss we did some research on Wilde Honda. Despite it being his day off, Scott agreed to meet us the next day to look at a Honda Fit we had seen online. The next day we arrived early, and Scott was there to greet us. He was friendly, positive and focused on meeting our needs, rather than just pushing the sale. After we decided the car was a good fit, Justin bent over backwards to help us with financing. My husband and I came in with little down, and very little credit. Justin worked tirelessly for nearly an hour to get us an amazing finance rate, with a payment we could afford. He answered questions over the phone and when he didn't have an answer, he found out and called me back within minutes. That was what made us decide to go to Wilde. Once we arrived, he made sure we had a comfortable place to sit, let me have a long test drive, offered drinks, and was very patient while we decided whether to go ahead with the purchase. He facilitated the process smoothly and quickly once we decided to buy. Steve in financing listened well and made sure to go over many details regarding financing and add-ons (warranty/maintenance) quickly and was honest about what I needed and might not need. They had everything ready to go as soon as we were done signing papers. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced there, with the clean and comfortable facility and friendly staff. More
