2004 Honda Civic LX to 2016 Honda CR-V SE I saw a few 2016 CR-Vs that I found of interest on their website two days before I went to the dealership on Saturday. Unbeknownst to me, the one that I had found most favorable has been sold on Friday. When I showed up for my 9:30 appointment, Louie explained the situation and we took a test drive in an almost identical model (dark gray versus light gray) and pricing with 1,000 miles less on the odometer. I was able to get a trade-in value for my 2004 Honda Civic that covered the majority of the service charges that I spent for the month of July, which was the whole reason I was looking for a newer car in the first place. Louie was there to keep me informed and entertained before he sent me off to the finance department while also ensuring that my CR-V was being prepped to head home with me. I'm blanking out on the finance guy's name.....is that bad? I do remember he was friendly and we both talked about our families while we both crunched numbers. He was able to match the APR that I was able to get through my bank for an auto loan while also tossing in a few extras for a monthly rate with which I was still comfortable. Louie made sure that I got a fabric Honda bag so that it was easier for me to transfer my assorted crap to my new CR-V. All told, I spent about 4 hours at Wilde Honda and I can't say that any of that time was wasted. More

Louie made it painless! I had located a car I wanted in Car Gurus so I didn’t need much assistance with finding a vehicle. I had done a lap in the lot to find it first and Louie was ready by my car as soon as I parked. In less than 2 minutes we were on a test drive. He let ME choose the route. None of that being told where to go like other dealers. He was pleasant with small talk and let me just get to feel the car. I was certain after the drive that this was the car I wanted. He did a quick appraisal of my old car and did everything he could to get me to the numbers I needed. It was nice to feel like an asset and not another number. Rich in finance was just as awesome. He was also patient with me as I ran some numbers of my own. He made the process painless and answered all of my questions quickly without being evasive. He even divided my paperwork into a “car” file and a “home” file Without me even asking and was sure to include his contact information in each. It is the little things like that that can elevate an experience. Once I was done they gave me a nice reusable bag to collect my things out of my car (they insisted it was ok to leave the garbage since I’m a jerk and looked with a dirty car) and hung out a little while my new one was getting a final wash before taking it home. I have been to good and bad dealers and I was very happy with Louie, Rich, and all the staff at Wilde. i would highly recommended them for their stellar customer service, great value, and hassle less buying. More
Excellent Customer Service I never felt comfortable going into dealerships before since I'm a girl. I got to the dealership an hour early since I'm from out of town, but they were still able to accommodate and help me. Huge thanks to Dino, David and Gary for helping me. Worst Experience with Buying adn Servicing a Car I am incredibly disappointed and displeased with my entire experience at Wilde Honda Waukesha. I went in to buy a used car and right away I felt like I am incredibly disappointed and displeased with my entire experience at Wilde Honda Waukesha. I went in to buy a used car and right away I felt like I was just another number and not a valued customer. Not only did the salesman(Hector) not give me the time of day, he rushed me through the whole process, even bypassing some of my questions. He seemed nice at first, but I realized it was all about the money. The test drive went well, but afterword, he promised to detail the car during the purchasing process. When I took possession after the sale, the back seat still had used Kleenex in the cup holders and cereal in between the seats. They also sold me the vehicle without an antenna and thus a nonfunctioning radio on the vehicle (CR-V)! More importantly, a week after I had taken the car off the lot, the breaks starting making a loud thud noise and the engine hose had oil leaks. When I brought it back in, not only did they not want to rectify the issue, they did not update me on their promise to let me know the status. I then had to call multiple times 6 hours later to find if I would have to pay for it. I understand if I have to pay to fix the breaks because it is not on my warranty, but I only had the car a week and they said they checked everything before I bought the car. Not only do I not trust them anymore, I did not feel safe in my car until I had another mechanic rectify all Wilde's oversights. I have had Hondas all my life and so have my parents. Unfortunately, I will never go to Wilde Honda again and will let everyone know to stay away from Wilde Honda as well. More

Wow, these guys suck went in to replace an older car and after spending time with the sales rep decided to wait. When I called the sales guy to tell him he sweetened the d went in to replace an older car and after spending time with the sales rep decided to wait. When I called the sales guy to tell him he sweetened the deal BUT I had to buy the car that day. Went back to purchase the car. This is when the nightmare started. I had previously checked the blue book value at another honda dealer of my trade in. At Wilde, using the same system, I got an appraisal $400 LOWER. Interesting since I enter the same data both times. The car had a trade in value of $2600 - $3200. Their own mechanic saidf the car was in fantastic shape and only need two minor things. They offered me $1000 for the car. I found the offer offensive and said so. Immediatly the manager said to “calm down”, which of course does not calm any one down. I started to feel uncomfortable witht he dealership and I walked away from the deal. I am SO glad I did. Found a bteer car with more lfeatures, less milage and lower cost at a prodessional dealership. Wilde is a bunch of jokes. AVOID THEM. More
