Not happy at all Bought a Pilot. Minor scratches all along the sides and they said how easy it would be to get them out. There are now swirl marks all over the car fro Bought a Pilot. Now I am paying for another auto shop to fix their mistakes. Said it’s the 3rd one from Wilde this month. The guy we bought it from didn’t care about anything more than the sale. Just gave us the keys and away we went. Will not buy another car from here again. More

Don’t do it! Purchased a ‘Certified Used Car’ from Wilde a few months ago. Fast forward to today when we were told it will cost more to fix than it’s worth. MANY r Purchased a ‘Certified Used Car’ from Wilde a few months ago. Fast forward to today when we were told it will cost more to fix than it’s worth. MANY repairs made to the car prior to purchasing it were done incorrectly and now it’s junk. Not sure what Certified means in their book. More

Do not get calls back, get blamed for not getting ahold of correct person yet when calling you get transferred to 4-5 people, all who claim they can’t help but will take your info plus transfer you to correct person to have it all repeated. Sales rep Logan blamed me for not calling him directly. Was lied to, pressured and harassed by finance, Mike, told missing paint was not covered in warranty would be if you bought it but then told I had to pay to fix it when tried to get it fixed. Can’t get parts I paid for or paint fixed without paying for these things that we were assured were covered and taken care of in first place. Story changes each time you call, then everyone you have dealt with all of a sudden claim ignorance or get told it is other guys job because they can’t come up with any new lies and stall tactics. I would love to return the new vehicle and tell them where they can put it along with the lies they tell just to make a deal. Once you sign they do not care about service, promises or satisfaction. They got their money and you are no longer of use or concern to them. Terrible customer service, terrible knowledge of staff. Great at “making the deal” to look good on numbers board. No concern for return business as don’t care once you walk out door. GM did not resolve issues as promised. More
