Pleasant Was not planning to buy a vehicle that day, just out browsing car lots when Paige met us out in the lot asking what we were interested in. Not really interested in a Honda (actually was looking for a Toyota Avalon!) but has a friend who had a CRV a few years ago and I thought it was a nice vehicle. She offered us a test drive and picked out the prettiest SUV I ever saw! Paige was delightful and informative and if she did not know an answer she knew where to find it. The dealership was very accommodating and did their best to meet my price range. My only complaint was after the price was settled on and the payment acceptable they hit me up for a maintenance policy for another $2000!! Not impressed, and I told the finance man so. That should be mentioned up front when negotiating the price. Now my payment is higher than I planned for my budget. I am happy with the vehicle and Paige has been in contact with me for follow up. Very nice! More
