They were both extremely helpful and worked together to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Before I drove off the lot, Chris took extra time to walk me through all the features and elements of my car so I felt confident and prepared. That extra effort meant a lot. Financing was also easy to understand with Max, he took time to explain the numbers and anything I had questions on. Overall very good. Friendly caring staff. Still took longer than expected and customers really should not hear you are short staffed, heard that 3 times. While left sit Friendly caring staff. Maybe let customers know where to find water or coffee if going to be sitting over an hour. Staff is very nice. More
