Took my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in for oil change, tire rotation late August of 2025. Purchased this vehicle from this dealership with a pre-purchased maintenance plan. PROBLEMS: First, turns out the pl rotation late August of 2025. Purchased this vehicle from this dealership with a pre-purchased maintenance plan. PROBLEMS: First, turns out the plan was expired and notified after work started. Second, service techs run into an issue with tire rotation when they bust off a stud on rear tire. Third, they refused to correct/replace the stud. Tech ascertained that the last person to install the tire must have cross threaded it. I was the last one to put on the tire and hand tighten it, with subsequent, appropriate torque. Don't break anything that you can't fix!! 3 1/2 months later, 12/13/2025, I have working on the car and have to raise the front...I notice that the passenger side frame going towards the front, after the steering rack cross beam, is nearly corroded/rotted out!!?? xxx? Are your techs doing any inspection of the vehicle while up on the lift?! Never going back to this dealer for anything.:/ More

The service manager does not care about your concerns. Some of the service specialists are jerks, one was there eating when this was happening but he showed no concern until Justine showed up and change Some of the service specialists are jerks, one was there eating when this was happening but he showed no concern until Justine showed up and changed made me feel better about being there. I have select few who truly care about the clients, Dennis Boyd, Justine, and one other guy that was my service specialist I do not remember his name. The worst is Madam attitude, rude Sarah, she hates her job and doesn’t care about people, not sure why she is still working there, she lacks empathy and respect. She doesn’t even greet you when you arrive, she said to me what can I do for you, before I could even answer she asked me do you want to reschedule? She refused to listen and refused to read the maintenance code for which I was there. The service manager is worse because he never responded to my request to call me back to complain about that Madam Sarah. She feels like she is the goddess of Honda Wilde in Waukesha. I panic when Dennis Boyd is not there but now I have Justin. He was passing by and observed that I was not being treated unhappy he jumped right inside my vehicle and took care of my service needs. Justine explained the service codes to my understanding, informed me about the service and the price. My vehicle service was promptly completed , he gave me the opportunity to review and ask questions, in the end I was happy that I did not leave the place. I was traveling out of state the next day but couldn’t travel long distance with major maintenance alerts showing up on the screen. Justine is polite and respectful, it’s obvious that he enjoys doing his job with similes, cheerfulness and willingness to change an unpleasant situation to a very positive experience. So I can count on Justine when Dennis Boyd is not available. I purchased my Honda there. So for 5 years it been Dennis Boyd and I have had a pleasant experience. Dennis Boyd recently helped me with servicing my son’s Mazda, it was extremely expensive but he is very happy with Dennis, My said that he now knows why I insisted on bringing his car to be serviced by Honda, I appreciate Justine and Dennis Boyd. More
