I scheduled a date & time to have my Jaguar XK painted. Joe Serrone was extremely courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained what work would be done and how many days were required. Joe kept me informed throughout the process and the car was ready when it was promised. The results were outstanding! In addition, Joe noticed a few other details that needed attention and proactively fixed them. I’ve used Wilde Jaguar for fifteen years (purchases and routine maintenance) and have never been disappointed. Although the routine maintenance fees may seem a little high, the highly trained staff is worth the cost.

"One of the absolute worst places to have your car..."

One of the absolute worst places to have your car serviced...bad attitude and totally unhelpful...i serviced by FType R a few times...the door speakers were making a noise and they couldn’t fix it and said there was nothing they could do..took it to an outside workshop and they fixed it in an hour...multiple other issues with this place..and on top of that the young Service rep who’ was very nasty and had temper tantrums too..NEVER go there again

I am an a Business Attorney, in Sarasots 30 years. I own 8 vehicles, and purchase a new one every 18 months. I simply came in to have my Range Rover service walked out with a new Land Rover. I’ve never had a smooth, no pressure, and easy transaction as I did with Mr. Sanchez I will surely buy another Land Rover within the next 18 to 24 months, and expect only to use Mr. Sanchez as my salesman. Further, all my clients will get referred to him when they are looking for a new vehicle. I can’t emphasize enough what a great job this young man did and highly recommend him to anybody who may read this. I also want to highly commend the finance manager, Dave, who is now my new best friend after this experience. If you don’t have a sense of humor, we probably should not work with Dave. 😉 George H. "Service center manager needs an attitude check."

I brought my vehicle in for a regular service and as I walked in to speak with someone, the service department was clearly very busy. I waited and waited and was greeted by Shayne/Shane- although "greeted" would be too nice of a term to use. Instead I was approached with "What do you need?". I explained what I needed and was cut off mid-sentence by her stating "K. someone will be with you shortly wait here." I understand a dealership can be very busy at times, but as I watched her run her department, It was obvious to me that clearly Shane is not only a horrible people person, but is either new or does not know how to run a service department. A manager Dripping with a "holier than thou" attitude is definitely something I could've lived without. Time for another dealership.

When car brakes we have been told 3 times that there is no loaner cars and we should rent one. Will have to wait weeks for a loaner car. Most of the time takes two or three phone calls to talk to a person Really love the range rover sport we have even though we have had problems it is an amazing vehicle and thought about getting a new one but now we are looking at other vehicles for this reason

"Stickey buttons"

- Jaguar xjl-Stickey Buttons

Unfortunately some of the Jaguar xjls have a problem with control buttons that with time and use become stickey to the touch. They collect dust an grime. Although my auto is not under the bumper to bumper warranty, Wilde agreed to clean up the buttons as a courtesy at no cost to me. I have experienced nothing but great service with a friendly and courteous attitude from Wilde staff, the best ever from any dealership.

A service advisor told me the shake when I turned off the engine was normal. I met with Mr.Golden and he checked my XJL and agreed the shake rattle and roll when engine shut down was excessive and probably broken or worn out engine mounts. In for service 3/9/18. "No loaners available. At 10:30 am? Really??"

Appointment for quick wheel alignment. Was told also needs scheduled maintenance. I agreed. Dealer knew I'd be waiting here. Once I realized I'd be here several hours more than anticipated, I asked for a loaner for the day. At 10:30 am., I was told they RAN OUT OF LOANERS. Really? So soon?? This is NOT the level of customer service I'm used to from my past experiences in Palm Beach, Broward Nd Dade County equivalent dealerships. Pitiful.

"Refuse to fix my under warranty XJL"

I bought my 2015 Jaguar XJL a few months ago. Noticed that the paint was fading and the chrome around the door frames was pitting. Took it back and the manager refused to do anything about it even though the car is under warranty and they said that they had never had this issue before. They even refused to tell me the reason for not doing something about it. Frankly, I'm stunned by the lack of concern over a customer who pays $800 a month for their product. You have lost a very loyal customer. I am very sad and upset!! P.S. Shayne is lovely and had no bearing on this decision.
