"Stickey buttons"

- Jaguar xjl-Stickey Buttons

Unfortunately some of the Jaguar xjls have a problem with control buttons that with time and use become stickey to the touch. They collect dust an grime. Although my auto is not under the bumper to bumper warranty, Wilde agreed to clean up the buttons as a courtesy at no cost to me. I have experienced nothing but great service with a friendly and courteous attitude from Wilde staff, the best ever from any dealership.

A service advisor told me the shake when I turned off the engine was normal. I met with Mr.Golden and he checked my XJL and agreed the shake rattle and roll when engine shut down was excessive and probably broken or worn out engine mounts. In for service 3/9/18. "No loaners available. At 10:30 am? Really??"

Appointment for quick wheel alignment. Was told also needs scheduled maintenance. I agreed. Dealer knew I'd be waiting here. Once I realized I'd be here several hours more than anticipated, I asked for a loaner for the day. At 10:30 am., I was told they RAN OUT OF LOANERS. Really? So soon?? This is NOT the level of customer service I'm used to from my past experiences in Palm Beach, Broward Nd Dade County equivalent dealerships. Pitiful.

"Refuse to fix my under warranty XJL"

I bought my 2015 Jaguar XJL a few months ago. Noticed that the paint was fading and the chrome around the door frames was pitting. Took it back and the manager refused to do anything about it even though the car is under warranty and they said that they had never had this issue before. They even refused to tell me the reason for not doing something about it. Frankly, I'm stunned by the lack of concern over a customer who pays $800 a month for their product. You have lost a very loyal customer. I am very sad and upset!! P.S. Shayne is lovely and had no bearing on this decision.

" Service Department too small"

What a great Sales Department. Switched from another high end Manufacturer to my first Jaguar. I found their Service Department non-responsive and too small. Loaner program is not sufficient so it takes a while to book a service with a loaner. Not acceptable. I was spoiled by my other Manufacturer.

"Outstanding experience with the service department"

I recently purchased a certified XK from Wilde. I made a service appointment to apply interior & exterior protection. In addition, I found a few minor items that needed to be resolved. When I arrived for the appointment, everything was ready as scheduled. Toby listed the items that needed attention and provided a loaner vehicle. Taga (my salesman) also took the time to review my needs to confirm they would be addressed. Toby kept me advised several times during the day and asked me if I could return the following day to allow the sealer time to set. When I returned the next day, Toby mentioned that a few other items were identified and fixed. Taga also discussed the work with me to ensure I was satisfied. Overall, the experience was outstanding. My time at the dealership was minimal for both visits. Toby was extremely attentive, courteous, took the initiative to identify & repair items (which were unknown to me) to avoid future problems, and kept me advised of the status of the work. I have had three Jaguars in for service at Wilde. I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received during the past ten years.

"My oil change"

Taga is a great sales person and knows the products he represents and shares his knowledge in a professional manner. We have had the pleasure of working with him during two transactions in the last two years. A funny thing happened the other day when I sent my husband off with my car to have the oil changed. While he was there he called me to ask if brown and black leather interior was "OK" HMMMMM? Now, that may sound strange to some people but not to those who know my husband who is a, car "NUT" He can't just sit there and be patient, he has to look at all of those shiny objects on the lot. It's a long story but in the end he came home with a Shiny New Black XF Sport and not the White XF he left with. But that was only after he paid to have the oil changed in the white one. I Fred Douglas Binion went into service for my yearly 10,000 mile checkup. Taga asked me if I would be interested in an upgrade on my car. We had a little talk about possibilities and during Holy Week I was blessed with a new Jaguar picked up on April 23, 2014. I drive a 13 year old Jag-a classic- with 60k miles. I have owned it for 10 years. After a bad experience at a dealership I have had it maintained by a local mechanic. When his work proved less than satisfactory my husband urged me to take it back into a dealer with trained jag mechanics. My mistrust of dealers runs deep so I reluctantly brought brought my car into Wilde Jaguar. The professional service from the first phone call to driving out the lot has completely won me over.
