I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was told by the salesperson and their manager that the vehicle was in great condition. It was not, the rear drivers door lock was broken, the transmissio told by the salesperson and their manager that the vehicle was in great condition. It was not, the rear drivers door lock was broken, the transmission fluid was disgusting, the hood latches were broken, there were two cracked motor mounts that went along with the crack in the front rocker arm. I spent 4 thousand dollars to make these repairs and I still have to repair a part of the rear suspension. Also, the finance guy tried to swindle me (long story). Please know, the car I purchased was 10 years old so I expected to make repairs in the future, however none of the problems were disclosed to me at the time of the sale. I called the manager and left a message, however he never called me back. I will be seeing this business in court. More

The dealership is undergoing a Major remodel and is very uncomfortable to visit. I trust it will be great once completed, but not great now. The schedule of final delivery to us was not clear, and we were contacted 4 days prior to the original completion date, and told the vehicle was now ready. In pushing the final preparation of the car, they damaged the car, and the issue was not detected until many days later. Detected by us, not the dealer. A service appointment with a loaner was scheduled; the car was returned to the dealer for two days; and the repairs were made. More
