Ana made the entire buying process one of the best we've ever experienced over many years of new vehicle purchases across multiple brands, several states, and a number of different dealerships along the way. First class starting at initial contact via email, then meeting Ana in person two days later, and driving our new RX350 off the lot same day. A wonderful personality, coupled with a zero pressure, fully knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a completely unrushed experience.
