My experience at Lexus of Sarasota was outstanding. As soon as we walked through the door we were greated by many different employees with big smiles. Austin Penman was my sales rep he was very knowled As soon as we walked through the door we were greated by many different employees with big smiles. Austin Penman was my sales rep he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence. He made sure that I was going to get the best deal out of the car I was interested in and not only that he made sure that it met all of my wants and needs in a new vehicle. Don’t let me forget that the sales manager Daniel Mangiafico on duty that day was never far and always made sure we were doing good and that Austin was treating us with the best customer service. Our finance Jordan Kripas agent was absolutely outstanding, very friendly, also very knowledgeable. He had us in and out of the office in no time. Shortly after Austin was handing me keys to my freshly detailed car and I was on my way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sending a big thanks to the Lexus of Sarasota team. More

At this point, I only have the highest regards for all the people that I have met at Lexus of Sarasota. The sale of the car went well. People were friendly and helpful. Austin Penman was very knowledgeable and helped move things along. The problem came after the sale. We had some issues and couldn't get anyone to answer our email or telephone calls. We tried three different people, including the general manager and never got a response after two weeks. We finally went to Toyota Financial Services who helped solve our problem. If you deal with this dealership, read everything and get everything in writing. More
