Initial contact was on the web, received response quickly with the details explained accurately. Made deal over the phone the next day and picked up the car a couple days later. Arrived to a wonderful experience, no waiting no lengthy sales pitch. Ana spent over 30 minutes sitting in the car with me going over all the features explaining everything clearly. We then drove around so I could experience those features live. She answered every question with a smile and waited until I was satisfied before going back inside to close out the paperwork. I've been to other Lexus dealers with great service, but this one was definitely a step above and way more relaxed. More

There was no issues with the buying process and Olga was helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I test drove it the next day. I bought the car and drove it home, only to have some major engine repairs needed less than 2000 miles later. I don’t have even have the actual plates on the car yet and it needs repair. I have not heard anything back from the relevant parties at the dealer to help resolve the issue. More
