Arrived to a wonderful experience, no waiting no lengthy sales pitch. Ana spent over 30 minutes sitting in the car with me going over all the features explaining everything clearly. We then drove around so I could experience those features live. She answered every question with a smile and waited until I was satisfied before going back inside to close out the paperwork. I've been to other Lexus dealers with great service, but this one was definitely a step above and way more relaxed. More
