Service has been great but last oil change took 2:15 which is way too long for a 20 min oil change. Appt was at 10 am and finally left at 12:10 pm. This is 2nd time it has taken this long. From the first time I entered Wilde Subaru, I felt welcome. My salesman was wonderful and we had real honest conversations. I love my Impreza - my first Subaru, although my husband is on his 3rd.
