Team did a great job servicing a recall and routine maintenance on my vehicle. Talking over the make and models available I was offered coffee and introduced to the service crews that would further assist my potential purchase. When deciding on a suitable SUV with a trim package unaware could be made available to me, the financing staff was eager to aid in any concerns my budget would allow. Finishing the sale I was presented with a fresh and highly detailed Crosstreck that left this driver smiling to this day. Having had many other experiences in dealerships with and without a purchase I am glad that I was able to have my salesmen Benji and Wilde Subaru be there when making the choice to upgrade my current vehicle. Only thing that would've given another star is more timely updates on the status of the order. I had to reach out to initiate the updates instead of the other way around. Was in and out of the dealership pretty quickly with the purchase process. Had a subaru prior to this that I got serviced at this dealership which prompted me to go to them for the sale as the service was always quick and thorough. More

While we appreciated the options presented to us, what we truly valued was the no pressure opportunity to decline these options. That is of great value to us. When we came in to finally pick up our new journey maker (Subaru), the team was transitioning to a new technology system which affected all of their technologies across the board. This made for a very challenging transition. We are hoping that the technology upgrades through the merger are finally proving to be a smooth flow. Although the process of awaiting our vehicle was not a pleasant one with regards to price changes and the waiting game-also not knowing when our vehicle was actually in the country, the ending certainly was worth it! Kailee’s unwavering professionalism, even through the moments when we had experienced frustration with the sales world, was a large part of our joy when receiving our beautiful new 2023 manual transmission Crosstrek. I went to order a Forester, but the week before Subaru said no more Forester orders. I then signed on for an Outback that was already ordered. Then the surprising happened. My salesman, Corey Knoewlke said no more Forester orders. I then signed on for an Outback that was already ordered. Then the surprising happened. My salesman, Corey Knoewlke, called and said they could order Foresters again. I said yes and we got one ordered. Surprising? One, that he remembered after three weeks that I was more interested in a Forester. Two the Forester is cheaper and thus affect his commission negatively. This shows his integrity and honesty. More
