My most recent technician has been Amir and he was a joy to work with, double checking things to assure the need for maintenance and alerting me to specials when tires needed replacing. Service has been great but last oil change took 2:15 which is way too long for a 20 min oil change. Appt was at 10 am and finally left at 12:10 pm. This is 2nd time it has taken this long.
