I visited the dealership and Stephanie (Turney) Hafez introduced herself and educated me on the features of the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had directly and professionally. She applied no pressure as I researched one other brand. I asked if this was the bait and switch. Kelsey checked and told us that the vehicle must have been sold. She did show me the vehicle, that was an upgrade, that I was looking at. I did get a discount that I was aware of. Kelsey was the reason I ended up buying. I felt comfortable with her and she gave me options and didn't pressure me in my decisions. She even stayed after closing hours so I could pick up my vehicle the same day. It was a good experience with all the people I had to deal with the closing. More
Positive Car Shopping Experience The sales person, Jackie, is very knowledgeable about the product she represents, was patient to answer every and all questions, was not rude or impat The sales person, Jackie, is very knowledgeable about the product she represents, was patient to answer every and all questions, was not rude or impatient when we said we were going elsewhere to comparison shop. She was polite and gave us her contact information if we should have any further questions. Jackie had left for the day by the time I returned, my mind settled on the Subaru. She had to return to the dealership that evening to complete the paperwork which took several hours and through that all remained attentive and polite. In the end she had to transfer the plates herself. She looks at home wielding an a screwdriver as she does sitting behind a desk. She finished our transaction and a long day with a smile and a handshake. The other staff that we came into contact with were also polite and gracious. I highly recommend this Wilde dealership. More

The online sales coordinator sent me excellent pricing and when I arrived to buy, I didn't wait at all for a salesperson, nearly immediately got to test drive my two cars. Then, as all of the normal happenings -- business paperwork, car washing and prep, etc.--were happening, our sales rep stayed with us, chatted us up, kept us entertained, basically, as he walked us through the final details. Felt like we were hanging out with a friend. Answered our questions, but was never over-salesy or patronizing. I'm a lay-down buyer and they responded to exactly what I asked for. I haven't bought a car in 11 years, I'm thrilled it was this easy and actually, FUN. More
