My wife and I made an eleventh-hour decision to visit Wilde Subaru after "walking out" earlier at a Madison-area dealership. (It was the third time in two weeks that we'd had gone through a negative dealership experience.) To be honest, I was expecting more of the same, especially given the weather. But we found Matt Marman at Wilde Subaru to be unlike other sales staff that we've dealt with in the past. Matt was professional in the truest sense of the word. He was, above all, low-keyed, knowledgeable, and concerned that we make the best decision based on our needs. We felt comfortable with the entire business experience with Matt and would strongly recommend him. Our purchasing experience left us "singing in the rain" all the way back to Madison! And we also want to extend kudos to Terrance, who made the paperwork process seamless (and painless). More

Everybody I ever talked to who drove an Outback had very positive things to say about them. We talked to Corey Knoelke and test drove a 2018 Outback Touring. I really liked everything about it. Corey gave us an excellent price and we told him we'd consider the Outback. We came back a couple weeks later and test drove one again just to be sure. Corey was very knowledgeable and professional. We never felt any pressure and he answered every question we had and explained a few things we hadn't thought of. We were very fortunate to find a salesperson who listened to our needs and wants. They didn't have the Touring 2.5i in the color we wanted on the lot so he located one and had it ready for us with the options we wanted installed in short time. When we went to pick it up Corey handled everything great. He took the time to fully explain all the features on the vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and Corey is one of the best salespeople I've ever dealt with. He made the entire purchasing experience easy and enjoyable. If I know anybody looking to buy a Subaru I will not hesitate to refer them to Corey. Thanks Corey for everything you did for us, it was a pleasure working with you. More

Great experience I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sale I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sales Manager quickly responded with a very competitive price. I shopped around other dealerships for an 'internet price', but Wilde could not be beaten. Mike was great at responding to my emails and questions and got me in the door to check out a car they had in stock since the car I inquired about was yet to be delivered. Once I got to Wilde there was a bit of confusion as to who I was actually supposed to meet to check out the car. I got passed around to 2 very confused sales associates before finally meeting Corey Knoelke. Corey was very familiar with the car I enquired about (WRX) and was able to get me in a car for a test drive within minutes. I very much liked the car but I was unsure if the car they had coming in, was the color and had the options I wanted. I emailed back and forth with Corey over the next week while I did more research before finally deciding on a color, trim, and options package I wanted to purchase. Corey was able to locate a car very similar to what I had wanted from another dealership they trade with and was able to secure the car for me. Corey also provides his cell phone number to call him directly or to text. I really enjoyed being able to fire off quick texts which he would quickly respond to, even on his days off - this was excellent. The car came in, so I went to the dealer to purchase it. The deal went smoothly and Corey and Pete Erkkila were able to get me a great price on the car right in line with what the Internet Price was quoted at. I had financing lined up with my Credit Union prior to going into the dealer, Terrance Caldwell in the business department thought he could get me a better APR - and he did. Terrance was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. During the paperwork process, I was introduced to Omar Elahi after declining any additional add-ons and protection plans. Omar was very aggressive to try to earn an add-on sale. I was slightly interested in an extended warranty and he pushed very hard to get my sale. I would not take 'no' for an answer and we were able to agree upon a price I was happy with to add the extended warranty onto the sale of the car. The financing and singing process went very quickly, from the time I got to the dealer and completed with the sale was just under 2 hours. However the car was just delivered late the previous business day and still needed to be cleaned up and inspected for delivery to me, this took an additional 2 hours which was expected. Overall very happy to be a Wilde Customer, no complaints. More

Horrible customer service We have bought 3 cars (2 brand new) from Wilde. One was stolen recently and deemed a total loss. We have been attempting to get a refund of our service plan and have talked to Terrence multiple times. He couldn't answer my questions and I was told he'd have someone call me that could. I'm still waiting on a call and it's been weeks. I would never recommend this dealership again...HORRIBLE customer service. All the way from a finance manager down to the service department. We've never had a good experience. More
