Best car buying experience I have bought at least 12 new cars (and 4 motorcycles ) over the years and last year I had my first experience with Wilde Subaru dealing on a new Cro I have bought at least 12 new cars (and 4 motorcycles ) over the years and last year I had my first experience with Wilde Subaru dealing on a new Crosstrek for my son. We shopped around in our area ( Appleton and Sheboygan) then called Wilde who gave us a salesman Corey Knoelke who would turnout to be the most honest car salesman I have personally met, he gave me a price on ordering the new car and didn't waiver and it beat everybody else's price big time. So this time it was my time to buy a new car I didn't hesitate to call Cory to setup a time to drive down to meet with him to order a new 2018 Outback which I just picked up yesterday. Again the best car buying experience I have ever had, Great company and the best salesperson!!! More

As we walked into Wilde Subaru, it just so happened that we were met at the door by Mike Frank. At that point, we had no idea how lucky we were! It was our first time checking out the Subaru, and Mike could not have been more helpful as we went through all of the information regarding cars that we were interested in. When we decided on a certain model, it turned out that the style that we wanted was not in stock. With the help of his team, our dream car was ordered and as soon as it arrived, Mike made sure to contact us. He then patiently answered all of our questions, in a very friendly but proffesional manner. Also, he never pushed anything on us...our new car was all our choice. And even after we took the lease and drove home, Mike contacted us again to make sure everything was running smoothly. He also offered his assistance in the future if it were necessary. We were left with a very positive outlook on our experience...and truely believe that Mike is awesome at his job. We thank him again for his expertise. New Forester , awesome 2018 Michael Frank greeted me the day I came and the easiest car purchase I ever made started. I spent 15 minutes with Michael on day one. My second day we did a test drive and discussed terms and my trade in. I met Terrance Caldwell this visit as well for about 1 hour total. The 3rd day a Saturday the deal was in the bag but I expected at least 2 or 3 hours. Michael met me at the door and 15 minutes later I was at Terrances,s desk. Thirty five minutes later I out the door keys in hand. The staff was super polite and helpful. The paper work was a breeze , Terrance explained everything and with no drama I have a great vehicle for $3000 less then sticker price. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Pete Erkkila and his staff made me feel like the most important customer they had. I was purchasing this vehicle out of state as I was in the middle Pete Erkkila and his staff made me feel like the most important customer they had. I was purchasing this vehicle out of state as I was in the middle of a PCS to a new duty station and looking for something with a better safety record and better gas mileage. Pete made that happen. Phil Jampole was a pleasure to deal with and went over several of the features of the 2017 Forester I was buying. This was my first foreign vehicle purchase and Phil cut through the typical dealer/ salesman games I am used to with the American manufacturers. The pricing was fair and extras that I added were installed as I waited. Terrance Caldwell in Finance went through the financing option and additional protection packages in great detail. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. His enthusiasm for the Subaru brand showed and he understood my decisions on which packages to add without the typical pushy upsale tactics the finance guys are known for. And last but not least, was Keely MacGregor. After purchasing the car, Keely went over how the vehicle worked, showed me what buttons did what, gave pointers on when the safety features may be confused and connected my phone to the Bluetooth. Keely asked several questions to gauge my level of understanding and how much I "needed" to know so the experience wouldn't feel like I was going through a safety lecture. Keely was an absolute joy to work with. I could not be more satisfied with Wilde Subaru and will definitely be headed back to purchase my next car from Pete and his staff. More
