Nissan Xterra Purchase! I had one of the best experiences working with Cody Nass at Wilde Toyota in West Allis. It was the Friday night before our 1st snowfall of the season I had one of the best experiences working with Cody Nass at Wilde Toyota in West Allis. It was the Friday night before our 1st snowfall of the season and it was COLD outside. When we pulled into the lot, Cody was actually outside and waved to us as we pulled in. He immediately approached to ask what he could help me find. I explained to him that I had a budget that I need to stay within and needed a 4wd vehicle. He walked us over to show us 4 different vehicles that would work within my criteria. He ran inside to retrieve keys for those vehicles and started up my first choice to test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the features of the vehicle before I took it out for my test drive. When I returned, he had the next vehicle warming up and ready to go. Once I had finished my test drives, I decided that the Nissan Xterra was the vehicle I wanted. We went inside to write up the contract and get the ball rolling. Cody was fantastic to work with and truly understands the meaning of Customer Service!! More

We were browsing the vehicles here at Wilde following this and despite it likewise being about their close time, we were greeted warmly and patiently by a salesperson who invited us inside. We expressed interest in one particular car, and were followed-up through both phone and text. When we returned that Monday, the car was parked and ready for a test drive. The process there-on went quite smoothly; everyone was very understanding of our particular situation and worked closely with us at every step. Would definitely recommend and will be likely to return for my next vehicle. More

Michael helped me as soon as I came into the dealership...I knew what I wanted rig I had Michael Amos as a salesperson and Phil Lo as the finance guy. Michael helped me as soon as I came into the dealership...I knew what I wanted right away and he helped me with the most useful information. He was kind, polite, and best of all not pushy to make me purchase a car right then and there. I came back the next day with my brother and we loved the car and eventually bought it. Phil was the same way as Michael, and pretty funny too. I think the most important part of this whole process was that they both did not push me to buy anything that I was uncomfortable with. Phil helped with the costs of my car and reassured me I was getting the best deal possible. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing. So happy I came to this dealership.
