DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WILDE! I've purchased my last 3 cars from Wilde over the last 15 years. But regretfully the once good service department has gone down hill to the point wh I've purchased my last 3 cars from Wilde over the last 15 years. But regretfully the once good service department has gone down hill to the point where they are overcharging for work performed. There service department is no longer to be trusted. On two occasions I confronted there service tech and had I not been knowledgeable.... the manager would not have apologized and took hundreds off the bill. I have hoping to buy a 4th vehicle from them but I have lost all respect for this dealership! More

After driving beaters for the past, forever, we finally made the decision to purchase a newer Honda. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Bill. Bill was an absolute god send. I had been researching vehicles since I became pregnant with my littlest baby, knowing I’d need space I wanted to make sure we had the exact vehicl I had been researching vehicles since I became pregnant with my littlest baby, knowing I’d need space I wanted to make sure we had the exact vehicle we needed that all drivers in our family felt confident driving. Bill was recommended to us by Ethan, & from there Bill took the most amazing care of us. From showing us where to go, what to do, entertaining said littlest baby when she would rudely stare, to making us laugh (especially me, I was overwhelmed), it was the most amazing experience. I promise Bill, I won’t be back till 400K on the vehicle, but I will be back if I need anything before that specially for you. Thanks for treating us like people versus a transaction.
