We called Wilde about a used Toyota truck we were interested in yesterday. We liked the vehicle and offered to buy it sight unseen. We live 3.5 hours away so we called back this morning and I was given his word by Eli that he would call if anyone was looking at the truck so we could turn around. We arrived at Wilde at 12:30 and were told "Oh we are so sorry but we sold it 40min ago.. We took a day off of work and drove 3-1/2 hours to see this vehicle and they are unwilling to commit to an appointment for us to come and look at it. We were willing to make a deposit or even to buy the vehicle sight unseen and they are so hungry to make a buck that they were not willing to hold it for 3 hours. I would never consider doing business with these people and if you are reading this I would recommend you find another dealer!! More
I went to this dealership to test drive a 2021 Mazda CX-5 and loved the one I test drove. When speaking to Terry things went pretty smooth, I was able to make the transaction of the car. Everything went good up until I got my set of keys. I only received one key fob with this car... And the fob I received was taped everywhere making it look disgusting. I started to peal the tape off when Terry told me to stop, that the fob would fall apart. So, I stopped pealing it we finished up at the dealership and went on with our lives. A few days go by and I decide to take the tape off of the fob. When I get everything off the fob stays together nothing is falling apart. I then order a spare fob online as a spare. I take it to a locksmith to have it programed and get the emergency key cut. They ask for me to give them the emergency key that is in the fob from the dealership. So I open up the original fob, there is no key.... The dealership tried to hide the fact there was no key with all the tape, saying "the fob will fall apart if you take the tape off." The locksmith told me to go back to the dealership and get a emergency key and/or a key code. I drove to Wilde Toyota and saw Terry. I talked to him explaining the situation and he told me they can't help me in any way. He wouldn't even let me speak to management. I was told that I would have to go somewhere else to get the information I needed. The big reason I am so disappointed with my experience here is because of the lack of responsibility and respect they showed me. They didn't offer any help and not even a sorry we can't help here is a tree to make your car smell fresh. I love the car I bought from them but wished things would've gone different. Whoever is reading this make sure to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Wilde Toyota. More

I would rate them as a ZERO if I could. They agreed to sell me a car at 3PM, took my credit card deposit, then let me know an hour later…. Oh by the way we sold that car yesterday…sorry. Make you wonder how many cars they sell twice then go to the lower bidder and say sorry????? Think about the anxiety of negotiating and buying a car!! It stinks! Then to have them take your credit card “to hold” the car…. EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD. NEVER AGAIN!! Wilde please know I will tell the story 100s of times. THIS IS CRAZY More
