The good and the Bad I don't know why I couldn't find the sales person who help me his name was Nick Xiong he was extremely helpful and nice as well as Rene they both help I don't know why I couldn't find the sales person who help me his name was Nick Xiong he was extremely helpful and nice as well as Rene they both help me get the car I wanted. Chris was very funny and help me receive a good experience as well. But I do recommend that the supervisors watch out for how the sales people treat the new people. I found one salesman in particular named Jamie Shay REALLY RUDE to one of the new employees. I get it people make mistakes but you shouldn't disrespect them. I felt him very unprofessional when he was being rude to the employee in front of me, I almost took my business elsewhere, but Renee and Nick made it worth the stay, thank you guys! More

Lied to by the financial manager We were lied to about the costs of the service packages by the financial manager. After multiple trips back to the dealership we were presented with poor options to fix the mistakes of a dishonest employee. Our salesman Nick was great with us and very helpful, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the shady practices of the finance department. There are multiple Toyota dealers in the area so if your interested in that kind of car take your business elsewhere and hopefully you will be treated with respect. More
