This last visit went well. It went quick and I felt like Brooke was very honest. 5 stars for Joseph Tsai and his help handling everything. The 4 stars overall was with how my car was returned to me. The "car wash" left more water spots/dirt all over than the car had when I dropped it off The 4 stars overall was with how my car was returned to me. The "car wash" left more water spots/dirt all over than the car had when I dropped it off. And then the carjack kit under the rear seat with the jack, wheel lock keys and tools were just thrown into the car after swapping my tires out. Clearly either in a rush or just didn't care. More
