We were referred to the dealership and to Kevin by my parents who purchased a car from him the week before. They had been very pleased with their experience. Kevin helped us out and found the vehicles we'd been interested in from the website. We test drove two Toyota Venzas and two Toyota Camrys. We decided the Venza would suit our family best and loved the vehicle and all it's features. We sat down with Kevin to go over numbers. We felt we needed more time to think about such a significant purchase. Kevin was very patient and offered to let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to give it more thought. Good one Kevin, way to make us love it even more! (HA!) It was nice to have some extra time to process things. We came back on Monday and sealed the deal and went through the financing process with Matt. He was also very friendly and explained things thoroughly. The only suggestion we would have is to update the website more regularly. It may have been because the weekend was so busy at the dealership but there were a couple of vehicles we saw online that were no longer available (or perhaps just on hold). We would've also found it helpful if under the "payment calculator" it had a note stating that those calculated payments did not include taxes and fees that will be rolled in. Overall, our experience was a great one and we are thrilled with our Venza! More

I was completely insulted at this place of business by Randy Dunn. I never felt so humiliated in my life. I did not feel welcomed nor did I feel appreciated as a potential customer.
