My mom has been looking to buy a Toyota Prius for almost 3 years now but the prices have always been so outrageous along with the miles put on them. When we checked on the Wilde Toyota website in the beginning of April we found two of those cars that were in our price range and with decent miles. The next day my mom called and made an appointment to meet with Rob to look at the cheapest of the two Priuses and that same day we went in to go look. We looked at both of the Priuses and took the newest (and now our current) car on a test drive. It was a tad over our price range with the warranty and everything and Rob worked with us to try to get the best price for us and even let us test drive the Prius home for the night after we signed a hold on it and see how we liked driving it in our normal routine. The next day we bought our Prius and Rob helped get everything in order so it was a quick process and we weren't paying an arm and a leg to get the car we wanted. We love our car and have recommended Rob to many of our friends who are interested in buying a car. More

My car, a Honda Civic, had been totaled in an accident on Friday April 13. I needed to find a replacement asap! I had looked at another dealership in Kenosha where I live but after taking that vehicle to on Friday April 13. I needed to find a replacement asap! I had looked at another dealership in Kenosha where I live but after taking that vehicle to my mechanic, I decided to look for something better. I found Wilde Toyota online and looked through the used inventory. I found another Honda Civic and this one had a sunroof! I had decided that if I had to buy a "new" car, it had to have a sunroof. My mom and I went up there so I could check out the civic along with a few other vehicles I had seen online. Rob Davis met us in the parking lot and asked what we were looking for. I asked for the civic right away and he knew exactly which one I was asking for, had it brought up, and I test drove it within a very short time. It was nice to be back in a familiar vehicle. I believe that was Friday. I wanted to take it to my mechanic and Rob said I could have it for the weekend so I could get it to my mechanic first thing Monday morning. That was very convenient for me! My mechanic checked it out and everything was great about this car except the rear bumper. It had been hit and slightly repaired but was not attached to the car on the passenger side. When I came back to the dealership, I told Rob about this and he said, "No problem!". He would have it taken to the body shop for repair/repaint. I had also asked for a keyless entry system for this car since it's original had been lost. Rob had both of these things taken care of for me. When I came back with the check, (the only problem with this entire transaction was the finance department wanted $3000 down or a co-signer, so I had to go to my bank for financing) The car was ready but Rob noticed the bumper was still not properly fixed. I will bring it back this Tuesday, today being Friday, and have it fixed and Rob will provide another vehicle till mine is ready. Really, overall, I am happy with this sale. Rob Davis has done a great job, and even put up well with my father who is not easy to deal with at times! I will encourage my parents to come back here for their next vehicle, which they will need soon. And my brother too, as his vehicle was also totaled in the accident. Both were friendly, courteous and professional. The value on the trade-in was estimated sight on seen and when seen was valued at slightly less than the initial estimate, but they stayed with the original amount. The additional discount for acquiring two vehicles was appropriate as well as some addional accessories. The paperwork and financing was done efficiently and effortously. We enjoyed our time getting to know both Matt and Bill during the closing process. More

Matt was wonderful to work with! He was very responsive to our needs, based on what we were looking for and how much we could spend. We came back a couple different times and looked at different mini-vans to our needs, based on what we were looking for and how much we could spend. Phil Lo is the BEST salesperson there. Honestly if it was not for him, I would not have even purchased a car. He really listens to you and is extremely helpful.
