I came in to get my oil changed and Craig greeted me with a friendly welcome. I came to get an oil change. Craig mentioned that I needed my tires rotated as well and I was unaware of those simple maintenance a friendly welcome. I came to get an oil change. He explained to me the importance of rotaiting my tires every other oil change to make the most of my tires. I am a female and it was nice to know that Craig was looking out for me and my cars best interest. He was very kind and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. This was my first time to Wilde Toyota and after my experience, I definitely will be coming back and recommending my friends and family to visit Craig for their service needs! More

We were in the market for used car for my daughter. We test drove several cars from different dealers in the Racine area. Then I remembered. Wilde Toyota... I purchased a used vehicle from them in 2001 and was very happy with my selection. We took the drive to West Allis and came home with a 2005 Honda Accord. Kevin Olsen was very helpful in the selection of the car. He was very observant of what we wanted and what we needed and the price we were looking for. He took the time to walk through the lot with us and test drive a few different cars until we found exactly what we were looking for...talk about great customer service! Overall the total experience from customer service,friendliness of all the staff, the selection of vehicles and pricing was great The next time I am in the market for a car, I won't bother looking in Racine, Wilde Toyota will be my first destination! We had an excellent experience at Wilde Toyota! Ray took the time to show us multiple vehicles we might be interested in during two different visits. When we selected our Camry we were confident that Ray h the time to show us multiple vehicles we might be interested in during two different visits. Jamie was a very good salesman and made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle from him. At times he was a bit inattentive. He was distracted by his wife and kids who came in. I also asked him about the overwhelming perfume smell in the vehicle. I asked if it was because the previous owner was a smoker and he told me no, the smell was because of the detailing. One week later and it reaks like stale cigarette smoke. I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle had I known this. More

I was in the market for a used Dodge Grand Caravan and Wilde had a 2010 on their lot. I made a call and spoke with Mr. Davis. He assured me that the Dodge was still on their lot and asked that whenever I Wilde had a 2010 on their lot. I made a call and spoke with Mr. Davis. Long story short, Mr. Davis and his team took great care of me in working with me to get the vehicle that I wanted. When I specified that I had a set budget for a payment, instead of trying to talk me into a less expensive vehicle he worked hard and made the deal with the vehicle I came for. The friendly and "not pushy" service was remarkable and welcomed. A week after the purchase, I received a follow up call from Mr. Davis checking as to how my wife liked her newer van and reminded me that if there was anything he could do that I should call. I have done business with Wilde in the past and once again their service, particularly Mr. Davis', was exceptional and professional. I would surely recommend the staff at Wilde to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. More
