His demeanor was very relaxed and low-pressure, which was refreshing, as our previous car-buying experiences have been very high pressure, which has been a huge turn-off for us in the past. Rob was extremely patient with our laundry-list of questions about the vehicle and the various financing options available to us. He went out of his way to get us the best possible price on the car we purchased, as well as the largest amount for our trade-in. In the end, we worked out a payment schedule that was manageable for us, which was a huge concern as we have not had a car payment in over 15 years.
