Matt was very helpful in getting just the right vehicle for me. We test drove a few cars, and then he really worked hard finding just the right thing and with the options I was looking for. The overall experience that I had with Wilde Toyota Scion was pretty good, Rob was extremely friendly and definately knew his stuff about the cars he was selling. They were also very willing to work out a deal so that I could afford the car that I wanted- which is definately a plus considering I had my heart set on a specific car. The only problem I had was that they told me that they would take care of some dents, but once I decided to buy the vehicle that end of the deal wasn't held up. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would reccomend Wilde Toyota Scion to anyone. More

From the moment I arrived I was helped by a friendly sales person who was not pushy as I have experienced at other car lots. I came into Wilde Toyota with my aunt to purchase a car since my 1995 Toyota had 207,000 miles on it. I love toyotas and Andrew made it very easy to choose a great Toyota I would be comfortable in. Bill was very willing to show us how the car worked. This is our first purchase of a Hybrid vehicle. The basic information was well explained, as well as the new features that came with the vehicle. This may not sound like a big deal, but with the Hybrid vehicle you get added displays of how your vehicle is functioning, i.e. electric only or gas and electric. My wife and I live about 2 hours north of Milwaukee and after doing much research on vehicles we decided to try the Toyota brand, thus we found ourselves dealing with Wilde Toyota because of their selectio after doing much research on vehicles we decided to try the Toyota brand, thus we found ourselves dealing with Wilde Toyota because of their selection. We spent the better part of a Saturday test driving used (2 year old) Highlanders and one new base Highlander. At the end of the day we decided to purchase a new base Highlander because of the extra warranty vs. a used model. At the close of the transation we headed towards home but after an hour of driving, my wife, who was sitting behind me with our 4 year old son, started to complain about her ears ringing and hurting. I noticed also that my ears were ringing slightly prior to my wife mentioning anything but I thought it was just me...so I didn't say anything. When we finally arrived home an hour after that, we both felt like we had just gone to a concert...our ears were both ringing noticably. After much discussion we felt we needed to speak to our dealer (Wilde) about the situation, which ended up going nowhere. My wife and I both realized that not only did we make a bad decision with the vehicle but the dealer was unwilling to help us rectify the situation to our satisfaction. We purchased the vehicle for somewhere around $28,000 and when we asked about trading it in on something quieter, they said, "sure, bring it in and we will give you $23,000 toward a trade-in." Talk about feeling like you had just been used! One of the other troubling things is, we traded in our Chevy Silverado to purchase the Highlander and Wilde gave us $13,500 for our vehicle which was in mint condition. A week later our Siverado was for sale on their website for $18,995!! Don't misunderstand me here...I have not problem with Wilde making a profit on the resale of our truck. And I don't have a problem with Wilde making a profit on the sale of the Highlander which we purchased. What I do have a problem with is when a first-time customer drives away in a new vehicle and determines 100 miles later they can't drive the vehicle the way they need to because of the excessive road noise inside the vehicle, the folks at Wilde say, "too bad...we are going to treat you like any other joe who stumbles in off the street and wants to cut a deal." My wife and I were astonished...we were not treated at all like a loyal customer...in fact, we felt like no one wanted to help us solve our problem...they just wanted to get another sale out of us and spend more money. All we wanted was to simply trade the vehicle back in, knowing we would take a bit of a hit on the trade-in amount now that the vehicle was "used" with 200 miles on it, but when Wilde told us we were not only going to lose $5,000 right off the top, they were not going to give us any breaks on the next vehicle. Needless to say, our experience at Wilde Toyota was the worst we have had since we starting buying cars back in 1975...we will never do business with Wilde again and we are telling as many poeple about our negative experience so that it doesn't happen to them. More
