We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked into the door at Wilde Toyota. Jamie Shay warmly greeted us immediately and offered to help. And help he did! He brought us the Toyota 4-Runner we were interested in driving. After our test drive, he answered all of our questions about the vehicle. Jamie is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. If he did not know, he found the answer. He was very organized and thorough with his information. We loved the Toyota 4-Runner's looks and handling and decided to buy the vehicle. Jamie arranged everything so that we could drive the vehicle away that day. It was pouring rain and in order to transfer our things from our current vehicle to the 4-Runner, Jamie drove both vehicles into the garage. To our surprise, the 4-Runner was already washed and we could view our new vehicle in perfect condition indoors. We could then make the transfer. He also filled up the gas tank before we left. Jamie was friendly, sincere, easy to work with, knowledgeable about the product and more than willing to go overboard to please us. We will definitely come back to Wilde again for our next vehicle. I was looking for a new or used Tacoma and found this truck via Toyota's website. When I called Wilde Toyota, I talked with Kevin Nelson. Kevin was friendly, helpful and competent. There was no pressure put on me and he acted like a consultant more than the stereotypical sales person. It took a couple of calls as I kept coming up with new questions and Kevin patiently responded without ever giving me the impression that I was bothering him. More importantly, he never acted like I had to come make a visit to the dealershop to negotiate the deal or to get answers. We made the deal and I purchased this Tacoma over the phone. There was absolutely NONE of the typical back-and-forth "with the manager" that is so frustrating. Simple business. I saw the description on the website, asked for their best price and got a deal that seemed fair. I vote with my pocket book. If the quality of this vehicle matches the reputation that Toyota has built up, I will go back to Wilde (and Kevin) for my next vehicle purchase. More
