Decided to purchase a new vehicle from Wilde Toyota because they worked with us very well in the past. I sat down to order the Toyota Highlander Platinum with many added features. Working with the sale because they worked with us very well in the past. I sat down to order the Toyota Highlander Platinum with many added features. Working with the salesman Jeff after we ordered the SUV with someone else (he then left the dealership) Jeff called us to keep us updated on the time frame of the delivery. The only draw back of this sale was the length of time the SUV took to arrive. I did not anticipate it being 6 months after the first salesman stated about 6 weeks. Jeff was very informative in explaining the vehicles features and how to use them. Happy with my new Toyota Highlander. More
Horrible buying experience Run away from Wilde Toyota. We started the process of purchasing a vehicle in January 2025. We explicitly told the Wilde sales rep that we’d had horrible purchasing experiences in the past and wanted to avoid the same with this vehicle purchase. We couldn’t have been more explicit. We’ve been loyal Toyota customers for over 40 years. Toyotas are great. Nonetheless, during our 4 month ‘journey’ to purchase our next Toyota, we experienced terrible communication, poor follow-up, significant issues regarding financing, last minute documentation requests (even though we waited 3+ months for a vehicle) and a finance agent who, after hearing that we’d had a bad purchasing experience, suggested we should have purchased on-line. We provided feedback real-time to multiple sales and dealer management people at Wilde throughout the process. Nothing changed. In fact, on ‘closing day’ our interactions with the finance representative only served to rub salt into open wounds. After our sale had closed, and after repeated emails and comments to Wilde staff about our concerns, we received a phone call from Wilde’s general manager Terry Schwieso. While it fits into the category of ‘too little, too late’ we appreciate Terry’s willingness to listen to our concerns, if after the fact. He’s got the factual feedback. It’s his call whether he wants to do anything with it. Buyer beware. There are other Toyota dealers in the area. More

When I needed many items serviced recently, Phillip, the Wilde service person, did not press me to get the work done. I said I needed time to think about it. When I returned to have the work done the next week, I was pleased that all the estimated items could be done in one day. In fact, the work was done earlier than I had expected. My RAV4 runs beautifully. Wilde has some amazing employees. Phillip and the employees who serviced my car exceeded my expectations! More
