When I arrived at Wile Hyundai, I was greeted by Dan with a big smile. He took the time to help find a vehicle for me, and was VERY patient with me. Jesse went through my vehicle with me very thoroughly and was also very patient and friendly. I am very happy with my new Hyundai Elantra GT, and would recommend Wile for great customer service. Well we finally did it, made the decision to buy a car. But where should we go to do this? There are many dealerships in our area so lets go looking. The first one we went to was a big multi brand dealer with hundreds of cars on the lot with a lot of salesmen waiting for a possible sale. Everyone was very nice and professional but it was intimidating. After a test drive the car was very nice but....but... something didn't feel right. We weren't excited about this purchase. We needed to at the very least try somewhere else to at least compare two different cars/dealerships. So we stopped by Wile Motors in Willimantic CT. As you drive by you notice its a small (compared to mega dealers) dealership. Nice looking cars all lined up orderly. We parked got out and walked around casually comparing colors, pricing and design. After a few minutes a nice man came out of the dealership and introduced himself. Todd asked us if we had any questions or wanted to take a test drive (alone). Really alone!!!! No salesmen talking in our ears as we try to get a feel for this new vehicle.We really liked this so we made an appointment for the next day when we can spend plenty of time. The next day we came back and the car was already for us to take for an hour long private test drive. He said go wherever you want, try all options and really check out this wonderful car. We did this. Nice car, good feeling from the dealership, great salesmen with low pressure. We came back after about an hour and decided to commit to this Sonota. When we did every person in the dealership came up to congratulate us on this decision, shook our hands and welcomed us to their family. Todd worked on the paperwork and said I want to give you a tour of our service department. We went through a set of doors and wow in front of us was a impeccably clean and orderly shop. The floor shined under us. I am a mechanic and know how hard it is to keep a shop this clean. It's a investment daily to keep it like this. Impressive, very very impressive. We drove out after many hours in a brand new car, a great feeling and a sense of peace that we had made the right decision to go to Wile Hyundai. We left our old car there as a trade in since they offered us more money than the other dealership did. To all my fellow car purchasers, you need to at least give this dealership a shot at making your shopping experience enjoyable and low pressure. At the end right before we got into our new car the owner of the dealership came out to introduce himself and thank us personally for purchasing a vehicle from his family dealership. We came across Wile Hyundai while on an internet search for a safe, reliable car. Their website was easy to navigate, and what appealed to us was that each vehicle came with CARFAX. That and the VW 2009 Rabbit they had on the lot, what a beauty! My husband called Wile Hyundai on Sunday 8/4/13 and spoke with Jesse. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He scheduled us a test-drive that day. We anxiously drove our car to the dealership, as it's Check Engine light flashed. Thankfully we made it safely and were greeted by Anthony and Jesse. These two gentlemen are top-notch! Both are friendly, professional, and accommodating. In our short time at Wile Hyundai, we developed a rapport with Anthony and Jesse that made our experience memorable and pleasant. Jesse handed us the CARFAX and all the specifics on the Rabbit. This in an honest establishment, and they stand behind the vehicles they offer. The two answered any questions we had, clearly and kindly. This is our first experience with financing a car (and buying from a dealership), so we had a lot to ask. After some brief paperwork, we took our Rabbit for a test drive. What a dream! (I know that this is a Hyundai dealership, and I can assure you they have a fine selection of beautiful Hyundai's on the lot---but this VW was right up our alley). We knew that this is what we wanted/needed. Anthony took our trade-in for a spin, a very short spin, as it just about died in the parking lot. With a junk car and subpar credit, we weren't sure that we'd have any chance of driving that car off the lot. Jesse and Anthony went right to work. Anthony was determined to create an affordable finance plan for us, accepting our trade-in, making endless phone calls, giving us a stellar deal. It happened to become fairly busy during this time and we never once felt that we were being ignored or forgotten as the plans were being made. Jesse checked in on us frequently, letting us know what was happening as it was happening. Soon we were signing the paperwork! Anthony designed the perfect plan for us, complete with GAP insurance. He clearly went over all the details, so that we were in full understanding. Transferring our existing insurance to the new car, our new registration, all the things that you would usually have to do yourself, all these things were taken care of by Anthony and Jesse. When you walk in to this place, you are treated with the utmost respect. These are genuine, hard working people that will go to bat for you. The experience was refreshing--just fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased with Wile Hyundai, we will be recommending this establishment to all. Cheers to Jesse and Anthony, thank you for making our dream possible! More

I felt that the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. I worked with Todd to purchase my very irst car! He was very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile in regards to customer service. We searched online from Puerto Rico to find this vehicle and we were not disappointed when we arrived at Wile. Tania and Anthony were great in handling our purchase and went the extra mile to make sure we could walk out of the dealer with this van on the same day. Everyone at the dealership was professional, even on an extra busy sale of the year day. Jesse covered for Todd in his absence and we even met Andy the owner when we came back for a service, which they fit into an extremely busy service day. We would definitely recommend Wile to others as they care about their clientele. More

I have just made my third vehicle purchase from WILE Hyundai of Columbia CT. Moving into the area a few years ago or so and in need of a vehicle for my daughter for college, I purchased a pre-owned 05 Hyundai of Columbia CT. Moving into the area a few years ago or so and in need of a vehicle for my daughter for college, I purchased a pre-owned 05 Elantra, which she still has and won't give up,... at 107K and counting. My second purchase was a new 08 Sonata, which I wasn't looking for at the time, but I could not pass up the excellent deal. I reluctantly just parted with the 08 at 117K for the same reason;...Could not pass up this deal on my 2013 Sonata Limited!! (The 08 was quickly snatched up by my neighbor for their daughter going to school soon). I have never cared for dealerships in the past, due to the negative experiences. The reason I clicked on everyone's picture for this review is that although I have purchased only three vehicles at WILE, I have dealt with everyone there and have come to know them well. This purchase was with DAN and JESS, who explained everything I needed to know and worked out the best deal I could get to my satisfaction. But no matter who you see when you go in, you will be met pleasantly and treated more than fairly. There really is no need to go anywhere else. Their reputation in the Willimantic area, as well as beyond, is outstanding. Just go to the mall or any shopping center around town. What cars do you see?...with who's name on the marker frame? Just stop in, even if you aren't really looking yet, and just speak to,...well, start anywhere. See EVERYONE!! I would be totally remiss if I did not recognize the SERVICE DEPT. (Why aren't their pictures here??) Whether you are currently driving a Hyundai or not (you should be!), the service department here is excellent. The service staff is as pleasant to deal with as anyone else you'll meet. MARK, BRIAN, PHIL AND TONY are whom I can recall by name (Don't need to go there much), and have been extremely helpful and informative. Once, not long ago when my daughter was visiting (lives out of the area), we noticed her car leaking radiator fluid. I called Mark and shot right down. It was a Friday!! The staff was leaving for the day as I called. Phil hung around. Determining the radiator had to be replaced, (showing me where and why) Mark went inside and returned with keys for a loaner which I took and was able to give my car to my daughter. Monday afternoon,...new radiator. This was gonna be short,...But I could go on even more. All you need to know is this....GO THERE!!!! More
