Wilkie Lexus

I went to Wilkie to look at a new Lexus . I wanted a smaller one so I was interested in the UX. I was ask are you trading in a vehicle, are you financing or paying cash. I must say I was hesitant about going to Wilkie because 5 years ago I walked out. I showed them an estimate I had for my trade. My salesperson then went into the office and Kim Gallia was the one who ran the report on carmax but left out my color which was pearl and I payed extra when I bought it. And they conveniently left out the trim all because they knew the offer would be lower. Very shady. I asked them to run it again with all my info on it and they would not. They will TRY to give you next to nothing on the sticker price and I had to go back and forth to get some money which I don’t like to do. I have all the paperwork to prove what I am saying. They even pad the number on non taxable items about 60.00. This is my 4th Lexus so I know what should be on the sales contract. This put a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership. I should have learned after the 1st time, but I wanted to trust them. If anyone is thinking of going to Wilkie please reconsider and drive elsewhere. These people never change. I guess they though because I was a female I was stupid. Think again. If you don’t do all the necessary things before walking into any dealership and know what your vehicle is really worth and how much you want to spend you are wrong. If you want to go to a dishonest dealership then go to Wilkie. I went elsewhere got a fantastic deal all the way around and they were honest about everything. I was not brought up to lie and be dishonest to people. It seams this dealership should get an award for trying to get over on people. More
