Snobby and snooty I showed up on a rainy day, so I wasn’t wearing fancy clothes. Oops my fault... My wife and I were greeted by Bob Novotny. Whom at first seemed like a I showed up on a rainy day, so I wasn’t wearing fancy clothes. Oops my fault... My wife and I were greeted by Bob Novotny. Whom at first seemed like a pleasant sales person only to turn out to be quite the terrible negotiator. Bob made me and my wife feel like we were little children who did not belong in a Lexus dealer. He made us feel like the counter offer we presented to him was a joke and as though we were out of our minds even making such an offer. He didn’t even confer with management about our offer. He told us we would be better off finding a less expensive car elsewhere. After we left I emailed Bob with another offer. He replied with quite the unprofessional letter which again made me feel like I was a fool trying to negotiate a good price for a Lexus. Later that week I contacted wilkie again through the website because I was interested in another car. I received an automated response with Bob’s name and Bob never contacted me from that point. Well, Wilkie and Bob, I purchased a Lexus NX at a price I found reasonable. After contacting a number of dealers Wilkie and Bob is the only place that made me feel foolish. I wouldn’t recommend Wilkie to anybody. More
