No pressure sale. Staff was very friendly. Joshua did a good job trying closing the sale, plus he spoke Spanish so it was a plus! Although there was some hiccups -- Jo Staff was very friendly. Joshua did a good job trying closing the sale, plus he spoke Spanish so it was a plus! Although there was some hiccups -- Joshua was very patient with us. He also tried getting the best price for us; they were charging us a "mandatory" fee at the beginning, but he got it removed. Joshua did everything he could to help us. Only iffy experience was when it came down to financing. The interest did not make sense to us, they were trying to overcharge us, but when it came down to the paperwork, the finance employee "fixed" it. If you are interested in buying a car, I will say come prepared and do your due-diligence beforehand. The dealership was clean, and had a variety of cars. I love my Mazda CX-5. If you are looking for a Spanish Speaking salesman, I highly recommend requesting Joshua. At the end he even walked me through how to set up my car! More
