Worst service ever! Molding over my wheel well on my 2019 Mazda CX 9 flew off on the highway going 65 miles an hour. Fortunately, it did not hit another car or motorcycle. I took it to Wilkins Mazda where Tim the service writer sent me a video stating that this happens all the time. They later refused to put through a pre-authorization to get it covered under warranty. According to Bob, the service manager, they needed the part that fell off. Who in their right mind was going to pull over on the highway to pick up molding that fell off their car???? Terrible! Took it to another Mazda dealer, no problem. They fixed it. More
