Our salesman named Nic was very knowledgeable and really worked on my papers to make sure I will be out with a new car. Being first buyer it’s so scary because you really didn’t know what you really expecte worked on my papers to make sure I will be out with a new car. Being first buyer it’s so scary because you really didn’t know what you really expected. Despite of being prepared for all of pricing, sale tax and others it wasn’t enough. Nic was there to ease everything and made you comfortable. I actually had schedule and I didn’t know I was assigned to one of the employees there. However, Nic was there in the front desk and he was open arms to take care of us even he wasn’t assign with me. He made sure I would enjoy and got more excited to actually buy a brand new car. He did excellently. The process took less than a hour and I went out with my brand new car. Nic thank you very much to make my first time buying car memorable. I hope they hire people like Nic who really loves working with people and very accommodating. If ever I walk out there I bet Nic will have same energy and will be more civilized and be more acceptable whatever will be the outcome of the deal we had with him. More
