I did my whole deal over the phone receiving an excellent trade in price for our old camper. We got to the Bath location and were greeted by our sales representative, Nate. He brought us over to the technician, Ken, who went over our new coach with us while the 5th wheel hitch was being installed on my husband's truck. Every detail was covered and all of our questions were answered. Next we went to talk to Mark who helped us with all the financial documents. Everything went smoothly and as expected. One of the staff members even called a nearby restaurant and placed an order for us to pick up on our way home! This is our second purchase from Wilkins, we travel 6 hours to get there but we have not found this level of service anywhere else and are very likely to buy our next RV there in the future. Making the impossible happen I had a camper I hated and I was upside down on (from another dealer). Nate Nichols worked with me for over a year and a half to find the perfect layo I had a camper I hated and I was upside down on (from another dealer). Nate Nichols worked with me for over a year and a half to find the perfect layout and help me with my upside down loan. During that time I visited several times and he would spend as much time as I needed each visit, kept in touch on a regular basis calling if he found something else that may work, taking into account every part if the deal and never once pushed me to something I didnt like. On the visits I just wanted to wander and look (I sometimes like to do that) he let me do just that checking in with me as needed and making sure I knew where to find him if I had questions. Nate took the time to really understand what I wanted, the hurdles I had to over come and presented options both pros and cons of each option. If I had a question about rig he wasn't sure about he called the company rep and got me my answers. I am probably the hardest customer to ever deal with for buying a big purchase as I over analyze every detail and he took the time to help me with each and every one of those details. When we found the perfect solution and I pulled the trigger he moved quickly to get everything done requiring me to absolutely nothing but to show up and sign. In the end I found the perfect rig, got out of a negative equity situation and I left feeling like I had every piece of information I ever needed. Nate is an amazing salesman not because he knows how to sell but because he knows how to help and has the patience to do what's right for the customer. He fought hard and long one my side to help me, not his paycheck. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Nate again (I have never met a salesman I can say that about!) Or to refer anyone to him And when the time comes to upgrade again no matter where in the country I am I will be coming back to work with Nate. Service and finance were great to work with as well but they didn't have much to do since Nate had answered all my questions ahead of time. More

Run around after 4 months of no satisfaction trying to get water damage repairs, I wrote a review. The next day I received a text message apologizing and that De after 4 months of no satisfaction trying to get water damage repairs, I wrote a review. The next day I received a text message apologizing and that Denise GM would soon contact me to resolve the problem. Problem is water damage to the walls that dealer knew about but never to me. Two weeks later the glued walls fell apart and they said its not their problem. Anyways that was about a month ago and I still have not gotten that call they promised. More

Today my husband called before 5 (because you know, we have jobs/careers that we have to be at all day) and was told that he could leave yet another voicemail because the service department had already left. The previous voicemail we left this week was *shockingly* NOT returned. For the amount of money we paid for a new camper, one would think your customer service would be much better. So very disappointed. Oh and I will not modify my review as I was asked to before by the owner of Wilkins RV. So ridiculous- we give credit where credit is due and no credit is deserved here. More

Finally found what we were looking for. We were happy with the service Mike provided as well as the service of the gentleman who walked us through the workings of our truckcamper. This was the second motorhome my father had bought from Wilkens, had some problems with first sale, but they were solved to our satisfaction. This time they just outright lied to me and my parents, told us that something was discontinued and no longer available, and we couldn't get it, and that was a lie. This item is shown in 2017 catalog, and the manufacture has confirmed it. I tried to work it out with them, but their management more or less told us screw you, we are not going to do anything about it. I would not recommend dealing with these people, They did not tell us the truth, and were not willing to help out a man that buys a brand new motorhome at 90 years old, so that he doesn't have deal with aggravation of his old one. I guess they figure they have nothing to lose, he's got going to buy another one, but not the way to treat a customer of yours for 25 years. In closing the manufacture of the coach was Newmar, which makes a great product and has gone out of their way to help solve any problems, their customer service has been outstanding. I will buy from them again, just not from this dealer. More
