Voodoo99, First, I apologize for the situation. We appreciate that your father came back to buy another Motorhome from us. Your statement that we figure we have "nothing to lose, he's not going to buy another MH" is completely off base. We do not make business decisions based on whether or not we feel a customer is going to buy another vehicle from us. We make business decisions based on what we feel is right or wrong. We have been in business for over 80 years and have thousands of satisfied customers...so we feel that decision making process has proven to be pretty successful for both us and our customers. Unfortunately, in this situation, we seem to see the situation from different vantage points. We feel that your parents chose a set of furniture, took deliver of and accepted a set of furniture, and subsequently either you or they have decided you want something different. You also state above that we "not willing to help a man out." We have offered a resolution. We have offered to sell the furniture that you desire at our cost in order to help rectify the situation. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please feel free to contact me at 607-776-3103, ext 232.
