My Chevy Volt had not had check up n a long time! I made an appointment thru Nick. He was knowledgable in what was needed to review and was on the look out for any potential issues. The work was done in the time they said, and I was escorted to my car. We were extremely pleased with our visit to Williams Chevrolet in Traverse City. Concerned about transmission issues with our 2019 we thought that mountains would need to be moved to get a fair deal. Drew Denoyer my service guy understood where we were at and put us in the capable hands of Tom Balke who put us at ease immediatly. In less than 2 hours we had a deal on a new 2024 Silverado EXACTLY like the one I was trading in with a few pluses like 4 wheel drive and of course all the improvements that come with 5 more years of advancements in technology. When I thought we were done, again we were wrong. We asked about recommendation for new fiberglass topper and was told we could have our old one ( did I mention that our new truck was exactly the same as our 2019?), a perfect match, and they would have it installed at no extra charge. With this kind of service we are Williams customers for ever!! More
