They tried to charge me a $5 fee for parts on a tire rotation, and what I was told would be a free inspection. I never got the inspection report. When I asked about the $5, I was told there were no rotation, and what I was told would be a free inspection. I never got the inspection report. When I asked about the $5, I was told there were no parts required, but everybody gets a charge added on to pay for things like "wear and tear on sockets"!!!! Why not just tell me you're ripping everybody off with a hidden charge that no other car dealer would add in? In the end the charge was removed, but I was warned it would be there again the next time I get service. Beyond that, I found out that the free first service visit (to include tire rotation) expired a few weeks ago, when my first year of ownership ended. For a Bolt SUV, I feel this one year limit should be extended because there is so little scheduled maintenace required. More
I bought a new truck from Williams. I did not walk around and look for damage. I went only 1 place meijer. When I got home to unload groceries I noticed fender damage. Thinking it happened there I made a police report and had them look at footage. Not done there. Lucky for me I had salesperson take a picture of me and truck at dealership and thank god it was in front of damage.i didnt notice till I enlarged picture that dent was there even b4 I sat in truck. Williams did fix damage they installed new fender. If I hadn't had that picture I'd be screwed. To get fixed I drove there 3 times over 50 miles each way.it really took the fun out of getting a new vehicle away .SO BE CAREFUL. Ps.dont tell me to call anyone I won't More
Do not trust. I had been communicating with this dealership all day. We agreed on an appointment time the next morning for me to go in and look at it. I guess it was my fault I still bought it. I would have been fine if I wasn't completely ignored after I bought it. I've called 5 times in the last four days with no response. I have simple questions. He said to call if I needed anything. Guess it's my fault for assuming he would answer. More
Randy in the Service Department was outstanding. Terrible customer service and repair. I drove my truck in for repair and had to take it out of Williams on roll off because it wasn't running anymore! I refused to let them wreck my vehicle any more than they already had! Purchased vehicle with extended warranty from Williams. Took vehicle back 8 months later for a 4wd issue, of course it wasn't under warranty. While scanning on the computer, they found that a glow plug was bad, so I gave them the ok to fix the glow plug. In the process of trying to fix the glow plug, they broke it off in the head and couldn't get it out. So they tried to drill it out and didn't do it properly and drilled into the head. Then, they told me I would have to pay thousands of dollars to fix the head, which they broke in the first place! The service department had the vehicle for a total of 52 days. I had to take the truck out of their service department on a roll off because it wasn't even drivable anymore! The service manager doesn't return phone calls, even when he says he will do so. When I tried to call and get an update on the progress, no one answered the phone, and I had to leave a message. Very frustrating experience as a customer. More

Nice to see that this company hasn't changed in all the years. Tried to purchase a new Honda Accord in 2006 and the salesman was so disrespectful to my wife as he always talked to ME and not HER on the c years. We saved over $1700.00 with Fox Motors in GR for the exact same car since they didn't want deal in any way shape or form. Now today we were trying to find an auto that fits our needs for literally 3 weeks since our other was totaled by a deer accident. Finally found one here (which my wife from the first incident didn't want to deal with them) and contacted a sales person stating we want it. With both of us a work since we have jobs, I said we could come up Monday, as we are 80 miles away, and pick it up with cash in hand and might have to use other means as card or credit app for the $4000 difference which was no big deal. So the sales person was trying to push it and I told him I can put $500 down to hold upon which he said they don't hold vehicles with money down. First dealership I ever dealt with that wouldn't cater to the customer and lost that auto since it sold and now have to keep looking for another auto for my handicapped mother that works for her since it was her Acadia that totalled and she's on social security so her options are limited. So thanks Williams for staying with your same business ethics you always had!! More
Drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and test drove a vehicle I agreed to purchase. The dealership did not have a clear title so had to wait to purchase.
