Added bonus; our car was taking longer than expected and was running the risk of drastically effecting our annual trip. Nick extend the use of the loaner car and saved our trip with a phone call! Nick did a great job getting me in and out. However, when I got home, I opened the hood and saw fuel system cleaner splattered all over everything, including part of the fender, grill, hood an However, when I got home, I opened the hood and saw fuel system cleaner splattered all over everything, including part of the fender, grill, hood and plenum cover. Like a water balloon explosion. It took me 15 minutes to wipe everything with a paper towel. The technician must have taken a bath himself. More

I am disabled and have a difficult time in public spaces due to chemical sensitivities. The sales folks here were accommodating and set me up with a sales associate that was fragrance free. Additionally, they let my friend help me with the process coming into the office to help ready the paperwork for my signature then brought it out to me to sign, keeping me safe during the purchase process. They allowed us drive it the vehicle to my mechanic to go over to help with my purchase decision. The brakes required replacing so they took replacement cost off the sale price of the vehicle. Once the sales stickers were removed a stone peck was discovered in the windshield. I had it repaired at Safelite and they reimbursed the repair cost. Definitely a good experience go see Fred and Jordon for a used car sale with excellent service. Thank you. More

Williams repaired a seal in my Chevrolet’s AC system and recharged the system without any charge. The seal was related to an AC line repair they did one month ago.
