They Ruined my engine! went in for an oil change and it blew off less than 1500 miles later and my engine seized up. Never let us speak to manager after many many attempts over the phone and a visit into the dealership. I don't even know his name, they'd never give me his number or a business card. I got a hold of a lawyer and they told me that I was "dealing with the worst evil in Traverse City." A guy I work with had similar experience at their quick oil place where they didn't even fill his car with oil after the oil change and his engine seized up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. What a terrible business. More

My family was vacationing in Traverse City. We went back in the next morning and had the best car buying experience I've ever had. The people I dealt with were not only friendly (genuinely, not "car sales friendly"), they were completely up front with me. They also knew how to deal with getting the new car registered in my home state on the east coast, and made that process easy. If you need a Chevy and are in the Traverse City area, I couldn't recommend Williams Chevy more highly. More
