I do 100% of my service here and have for 5 years. They find what needs repair and let me decide. Parts are factory warranty (not cheap knockoffs), Svc Techs are skilled (so they aren't "learning" on my ca find what needs repair and let me decide. Parts are factory warranty (not cheap knockoffs), Svc Techs are skilled (so they aren't "learning" on my car), and I never wait for more than a couple hours. Cost is often less than competitors. I routinely run trucks with 150,000 to 220,000+ miles on them (built by our neighbors in Shreveport, USA) and need it fixed right the first time. If not, they stand behind it. Last visit, I returned for a repeated airbag malfunction light repair. Communications Rep Sylvia, Mgr Ross, Svc Mgr Tyler, Svc Advisor Drew and Svc Tech John fixed it better-than-new, and as a reward for my loyalty, done at no charge, even though past warranty. Everyone has their own experience. My own experience has been excellent with Williams Chevrolet Service Dept. More

They Ruined my engine! went in for an oil change and it blew off less than 1500 miles later and my engine seized up. They wouldn't take responsibility for their work, and tried to accuse me of sabotaging blew off less than 1500 miles later and my engine seized up. Never let us speak to manager after many many attempts over the phone and a visit into the dealership. I don't even know his name, they'd never give me his number or a business card. I got a hold of a lawyer and they told me that I was "dealing with the worst evil in Traverse City." A guy I work with had similar experience at their quick oil place where they didn't even fill his car with oil after the oil change and his engine seized up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. What a terrible business. More
