They send reminders and discount coupons. It never seems to be 'trouble' or a 'bother' to do a little thing--like change a bulb or wiper blade. They accommodate my busy schedule with a quick oil change on short notice. More

I was taken at my appointed time. John was pleasant and, as always, a pleasure to deal with. I had a oil change, tires rotated, ac filter and was on my way in less than an hour. We took our 2005 Odyssey in for an oil change, turned out the previous oil change (performed else where) had stripped the threads in the oil pan screw. So, far this was disappointing, but ok, what are my options. The ONLY option given was to replace the entire oil pan at a significant cost. I'm not a car expert and our family was on our way home from vacation, so I paid. Once back home I learned that there were many options such as a temporary fix (to get us home) as well as a kit to fix the threading issue. Now none of these may have been perfect, but I was told there were no other options and my car would stay there I came up with the money. More

I came in for an oil change, but they also look the vehicle over for any other potential problems. Scheduled service is great and efficient. I have never had unexpectted delays. Everyone is very friendly and Wi-Fi is a nice feature. The Honda brand is reknown for the durability, practical accommodations and pleasing design of its vhicles. Honda should also be very proud of their dealership, Williams Honda, here in Traverse City, Michi accommodations and pleasing design of its vhicles. I drove my last Honda - an Element - for 170,000 miles before passing it along to my daughter and she now enjoys having the perfect car for her purposes. Because Josh McCoy and the service team at Williams Honda kept my Element in great condition, that car should see her through her college years, harp performances and into the beginning of her career as an educator. (In fact, I moved away for a year and the service department at the Omaha Honda dealership commented specifically about the great condition in which my 2003 Element had been maintained!) Naturally, I bought another Honda to replace the Element and - as before - taking excellent care of an excellent car is one of my priorities. Mr. McCoy and the Williams Honda technicians are splendid. Their expertise kept my former car in safe and perfect running condition and they are doing the same for my current vehicle. Josh never fails to go the extra mile for me, giving complete explanations and on-the-nose estimates of any work that needs to be done. The service porte-cochere is in sterling order and it's a pleasure to be greeted by name and with a minimum of paperwork (Josh always has it ready) when I arrive. I have also received timely email reminders and money-saving offers which I have been happy to apply and if there are ever any questions, I know that I can rely on Josh and his service associates for a discerning opinion. Williams Honda has provided an invaluable service for my household for years. I could not be more confident in recommending this dealership and it's service managers and associates to you. More
