He had amazing customer service and determination to get us a reliable and safe vehicle for my family and our 4 month old son. He was patient, kind and very responsive! He answered every question we had and walked us through the whole process. I’d recommend him to my friends and family and anyone looking for a vehicle! If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend checking out Mike Girard at Williams in Traverse city! 10/10 in our book! More

I leased a new car and the second day I owned it, all of the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. I had to drive 60 miles back to the dealership with my husband following in his car because the general m the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. I had to drive 60 miles back to the dealership with my husband following in his car because the general manager refused to give me a loner to drive home while they diagnosed and fixed my brand new car. My husband had to drive me back to pick it up 9 days later (240 miles for both round trips). To top it off, I called my insurance company yesterday to find out why I hadn’t gotten my new insurance card and bill and found out the dealership had never called them to insure the new car (which they claimed they had when I initially purchased it and picked it up). I certainly would have called the insurance company when I picked up the car if I’d known Williams Honda hadn’t (and lied that they had)! Worst customer service ever and they wanted me to rate them with all 5s! More
Spent 150$ for them to plug their computer into my car to tell me I need my computer fixed before they could understand what is wrong and that would be 700$. We took our Honda Pilot in for brake service (front and back) before our vacation. It drove fine to our destination. We used the parking brake at our mountain destination and the next morning it would not back) before our vacation. It drove fine to our destination. We used the parking brake at our mountain destination and the next morning it would not release. Williams told us to take it to a dealer in Asheville, NC so we did. Since we had just had all the brakes replaced we asked them to help cover part of the costs. Appletree Honda in Asheville had our car for 5 days to complete the repair and overcharged us. We did not hear from Williams at all during this time to see what was happening or to contact the dealer to work with them on the situation. Once we got home we submitted our receipts like they had told us to and they said we were over charged for the job and they would give us $300 to help with the cost. This wasn't even a third when you add the cost of a rental vehicle. We have not heard from Williams unless we call them and have yet to get any money. We will not go there for service again and will not be buying a Honda. More
They were friendly and talkative but I called and explained why I was bringing my car in and in the notes they had only written “power seats not working” when they did in fact work and I had to re ex explained why I was bringing my car in and in the notes they had only written “power seats not working” when they did in fact work and I had to re explain everything. Brought it in for a 9 am appointment it is now 5 and it hasn’t been into the shop yet and I’ve gotten no update calls. When I called and asked the parts person told me they’d call me back and never did. I drove an hour from home to get my car in and out and they haven’t even looked at it yet and now I’m staying in tc overnight. I’ve heard multiple people have this problem with Williams. More
Awful customer service. I've worked in customer service Awful customer service. I've worked in customer service since I could remember so I'm very understanding and patient. I don't support "Karen" additu Awful customer service. I've worked in customer service since I could remember so I'm very understanding and patient. I don't support "Karen" additude nor will I behave as one. But I feel that our experience needs to be noted for anybody else's future reference. The first time I brought my vehicle in for a service, we just needed an oil change and for them to let us know how much it would be to fix one of the front lights- they gave us the oil change and fixed the front light without telling us the price so we were cornered into paying for both services. The man I spoke with was very pushy, would cut me off, and kept throwing quotes out at me that I told him I needed him to speak with my husband about over the phone- but he just kept going. I drove away and the light wasn't even fixed either even though we paid for the service (had to get to places with our children so didn't have time to run back in). My husband called the next day and spoke with them about the light and they agreed to fix it next time we came in, as far as I understood. So we rescheduled with them when we were due for an oil change again for just the oil change, and the light to be fixed (hopefully free of charge since we already paid for it to be "fixed"and the first time), & to discuss a few other lights that have come up on the dash board. I walked to check in, ended up with the same employee again unfortunately. I had tried to explain my concerns with last time and continued to get cut off mid sentence. He had claimed that fixing the light the first time around was apart of the original work order. I simply responded, "Okay that's fine, we just would appreciate a phone call before any services aside from an oil change are performed this time". I got cut off mid sentence twice before I could get that out. Then he moved onto the dash lights asking me which ones were on, I couldn't even get through my explanation of what was showing on the dash before he cut me off again to tell me it would be $140 for a diagnosis. By this time I was uncomfortable handing my car over to them. If they can't even actively listen and communicate then what's the point of handing my car over which transports our children everywhere? Just unfortunate. Definitely won't be going to them for any services or future purchases. More
