We bought our new Honda CRV in April of 2012. Dealing with Steven Guest (Sales Consultant) was the most pleasant experience we have ever had in a new car showroom. (We're in our 60's.) He was a very good listener, very well informed and very articulate in explaining technical information, low-keyed (not pushy) but attentive, did not make negative comments about the other car that we were considering, and honored the price concessions that we requested. From a buyer's point of view, you could not have a better salesperson. Now on to the service department. Our experiences are limited, but as an example, when I told John Fyfe that having used Williams' Fast Lube for many years (always very courteous, conscientious, and don't try to push unneeded service), I was spoiled, because the oil change includes a free car wash. He immediately called over for a car wash code! More
When taking my car in for service I was met by a cheerful and engaged professional. He knew the reason for my visit and, knowing that I was going to wait for the almost 3 hour service (I live over 60 miles and engaged professional. A little later he came to let me know that the technician working on my car was going to take a very short lunch break so I could get back on the road. My Honda CR-V has over 341,000 miles on it, so I am concerned about the quality of service. I have yet to have a problem with either of our vehicles that required either road service or an emergency repair. I had Williams Honda perform one of their World Class Inspections before I drove my CR-V from northern Michigan to sourthern Arizona and back earlier this year, and the car performed without a hitch (through two sand storms and a blizzard). Their service gives me such a high level of confidence that my CR-V will continue to perform, we are driving it to Florida and back in January (after we have another World Class Inspection). More

The staff recognizes me when I come in for an oil change. They are honest and complete. I have never had to come back for something they missed. I recommend this service center. As usual the staff was always polite and helpful. In particular Josh McCoy did a great job.
