We were very impressed in Williams Honda and service representative Josh McCoy. We bought a used Honda Odyssey the previous year from Williams and had problems with the left sliding door. Josh, John, or whomever I deal with at Honda are always friendly, helpful, sometimes humorous (although their jokes are not allowed to be worse than mine). I thought I had a wheel bearing going bad. I called Josh for an appointment and he gave me one the next day. When I arrive I was greeted and the work order was processed promptly.
