We saw a vehicle online to buy as a first car for my son, I spoke to Don Brzozowski over the phone to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot before we drove there. Next is what impressed me the most of the whole experience. Upon our arrival we learned from another rep, Scott that Don was at lunch. In Don's absence, Scott was very helpful and answered every question we had and helped facilitate a test drive. I have NEVER seen this type of Teamwork at a car dealer before. Don since returned and Scott did the hand-off to Don The buying experience was great , we purchased the vehicle with no back and forth,, let me take this to my Manager stuff. My husband and I were looking for a used car for our daughter, who is about to begin her student teaching and has to drive a few miles. We saw this car a couple of days before we purchased it. Mr. Barber is the gentleman who spoke to my husband on the phone. We decided to ride to Folger's to take a better look at it. We arrived and Mr. Barber so kindly and patiently answered all of our questions. We have never had a sales associate that was so caring and honest. Mr. Barber was very helpful and didn't pressure us in to buying. I can honestly say this experience dealing with Mr. Barber was the best. We feel like we have known him all of our lives. Rob worked with us to find the car (at another dealer) that had the option package we were looking for, which happened to be a little scarce. The price with the trade included was close to what I was expecting based on my pricing research, so he worked with us on price in an effective manner. When we looked the car over upon delivery, there was a cosmetic defect from the factory on the grill. Late in the afternoon, Rob had it replaced with one from another car on the lot, and we were on our way in the same amount of time it took to process the paperwork. Lastly, we are thrilled with the car itself and its terrific performance in the snow. In summary, we had an efficient and pleasant sales experience and would recommend Rob Pebler at Folger Subaru to anyone in need of a great AWD vehicle. More

I would like to say my experience with Folger overall, and Rob in particular was nothing short of fantastic! I had decided I wanted the Subaru Outback so my family and I started to call around to see what other kind of deal we could put together. I have to say that our interactions with Rob were very professional. At no time did we feel pressured and he answered all of our questions with a vast product knowledge. Most impressive to me was his attention to detail when we picked up the vehicle. We inspected the vehicle when we arrived to pick it up and noticed some cleaning stains on the seats. Rob worked with the service group to have it cleaned up, then personally inspected it - still finding one thing amiss and sending it back - before he would turn the car over to us. The business manager, Jay, was very helpful and explained some of the financing options available to us and completed our paperwork in a timely manner. Never have I taken the time to leave a comment about the purchase of a car until now. The last 3 cars I have owned were considered "upper" end luxury cars( Lexus,Land Rover and Mini) from dealerships that purchase of a car until now. The last 3 cars I have owned were considered "upper" end luxury cars( Lexus,Land Rover and Mini) from dealerships that pride themselves on extraordinary customer service, so I have become somewhat spoiled with the extra attention that I thought only came with a higher price tag. That is until my experience with Folgers Subaru and my salesperson Don Brzozowski. Wow...from the second my son and I walked onto the lot until we drove away in our new "Outback" we felt like we had just visited a dear old friend. What a great overall experience thanks to him. If this new Outback is half as great as our experience so far with Folgers then I know I will not only be a repeat customer, but I will be sending all my friends in the market for a new car there as well.
