Hard to maneuver in to with a 2500 HD Sierra with a full bed. Service writer Julio took good notes on the concerned I was having with the truck. Their service department is backed up and it took two a bed. Service writer Julio took good notes on the concerned I was having with the truck. Their service department is backed up and it took two and a half weeks to check out the transmission issues and air leaks on the driver side. They could not get the truck to produce the issues that I explained but found a muffler strap that was loose and since picking up the truck I have not had the issues I had before. So it may have been the strap and the banging of the muffler to the frame or drive shaft. The dealership was able to provide me with a loaner during this time which I very much appreciate, More
