The experience was very good, bud I did not care for the loner program. I was taken to Enterprise Car rental where I was provided with a jeep, which is not what I was told would happen when I purchased the loner program. I was taken to Enterprise Car rental where I was provided with a jeep, which is not what I was told would happen when I purchased the vehicle - I was told that I would be provided with a Cadillac loaner. To top it off, the battery in the jeep FOB died, which resulted in me having to walk 6 blocks in the rain to a CVS to buy a replacement battery. Specifically with the service department, I brought the vehicle in for three issues - a torn seatbelt, problems with the brakes squealing and slipping and the sensation that the motor was running roughly. After four days, I went back to pick up the vehicle, only to be told that the brake-ads were on back order and the only thing that had been done was to change the seatbelt. Four days without my vehicle for something that likely took 1 hour to fix? Not exactly impressive and not what I would have expected from Cadillac More
I made an appointment for an oil change. It seems they handle all service department customers the same way. I was placed in line with other vehicles and was told it could take up to 90 minutes. Next time I will bypass the appointment process and arrive early in an attempt to enjoy the rest of my day. Also, the showroom is scarce. I wanted to sit in an Envision and found none in the showroom. More
