I dropped My Truck off on a Monday. He told me it would take three days for the mechanic to look at it. Every three days I would call and check and it was the same story. You can't have a rental until we verify it is a warranty. It took three weeks before they looked at My Truck only after they looked at My Truck I was allowed to get a loaner on a repair that was a warranty. I will never go back to that dealership. More

I came in for an appt about 30 min early and my service advisor was not there. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I had to approach another service advisor to see if he could help me get checked in and ge advisor was not there.
