I’ve brought my 2025 Buick Enclave to this dealership multiple times, and unfortunately the communication has been consistently poor. I ‘mm never called when my vehicle is ready, despite being told I’d g multiple times, and unfortunately the communication has been consistently poor. I ‘mm never called when my vehicle is ready, despite being told I’d get updates. I always have to chase the status myself. Phone etiquette also feels unprofessional. Calls are answered with just ‘hello,’ no name or acknowledgement. For a dealership representing a premium brand, I expect clear, respectful updates and better communication. The overall experience at Williamson service has declined in the last 5 years. Stephanie did not call me to tell me my vehicle was ready, she did not verbally update me on my car, did not resolve my issues a in the last 5 years. Stephanie did not call me to tell me my vehicle was ready, she did not verbally update me on my car, did not resolve my issues and I will need to come back some time next week to continue fixing the issue. When you speak with her she gives you attitude. After I am done with this vehicle I will no longer be using Williamson Cadillac in the future and will not recommend anyone to this dealership. More
