I love this place and will always service my vehicle there. I had to repair my 2019 terrain three times already, which caused me to lose faith in the brand. They pulled my credit without authorization and expected me to be happy about it. The finance guy was disrespectful when I told him I wouldn’t sign his form and only calmed down when I called him out on it. me to be happy about it. Awful experience. I would have rather walked than paid off that lease but my financing had already gone through. Every experience at Williamson gmc is worse than the last. Would not recommend to anyone in the current state. It’s a shame bc I love GMC. More
