Dealer damages car then takes almost a year to replace the damaged part. Was called into only be told they ordered the wrong part for the car. I usually have a great experience, but this one was the worst ever of any dealership I’ve ever been to. I was very disappointed. The service writer didn’t keep my abreast to what was going on.
