2023 XT5 Sports vehicle was taken in on Sept 20, 2022 for existing damage when purchased new. It took Williamson Cadillac 51 days in service to perform the necessary repairs. The dealership's service advisors and others act very professional. I had to bring my car for service three (3) times regarding an engine warning light. The service department finally was able to resolve professional. I had to bring my car for service three (3) times regarding an engine warning light. The service department finally was able to resolve the issue with the help of a GM engineer, at least that is what I was told. Apparently there may be software issues that emerge for which resolution is needed beyond what dealership service departments are capable of resolving on their own. Hopefully, my car's issue has finally been resolved. Unfortunately, my vehicle was kept for servicing this issue for approximately nine (9) weeks while I have been paying close to $1,300.00 per month in leasing charges. Cadillac should trul;y credit me several months of lease payments since I was unable to enjoy the luxury of this high end model. More
